Tell us about you and your family business

My name is Jose Fajardo, and I’m from Pereira, Colombia. I currently hold two different jobs, and the one that I enjoy the most is here, as I like working with customers and interacting with them. La Barra de Pito is our family’s restaurant, and it has been serving traditional Colombian food for seven years. It’s well known for the delicious dishes we prepare daily and the excellent customer service.

Anything new recently added to the business?

We have recently opened a new space in the restaurant for delicious Colombian pastry and traditional desserts. All the options are tasty and highly recommended!

“Our objective is always to improve, day by day, and to make our customers feel good when they come into our restaurant.”
